I work in the business of real estate, and I got to tell you, it's not very often I see property managers and property owners at such a high level, with so many doors taking care of each and every tenant as if they were a neighbor. This is something that is invaluable in a market where affordability is always on our minds. Dollar for dollar, band for band, this apartment complex is by far well worth its money, twofold.
It’s not recommended place to leave. The manager sharon is disrespectful. Specially if you are a Black. I live this apartment for a while when I move out, she charging me over $500 my deposit +185 for leaving the unit one year after I move out after one year. the UPS delivery show me delivered to the office when I go the next day to access my package She didn’t let me pick it up, instead she made the ups take the package back. I’ve only lived here for a few months, it’s my first apartment and so far it’s been wonderful. The grounds are beautiful, the buildings were recently remodeled so everything is nicely painted and well kept. The leasing office ladies are so sweet and helpful, and seem genuinely happy to work here. Maintenance took care of my oven issues within an hour and he also took my trash for me, very nice guy. Staying at the Northern Lights Apartments is a relaxing experience. They maintain the trees and flowers on the property through consistent landscaping. I rarely encountered any bugs, other than a few small spiders. The ammenities have always been easy and pleaseant to use. And there is always communication via email or paper on door to share any major maitenence that happens within the property. Nicely maintained apartment community with beautiful landscaping and excellent customer service. The office is open seven days a week, the parking lot is cleaned daily, and the buildings are well maintained both inside and out. There truly isn’t a better place to live in this area. I’ve been a resident for over a year, and I can confidently say this has been a great experience.
