after waiting 2 + hours to see the Dr, he said we needed xray, and MRI for bone scan. After a few phone calls which weren't returned, after a few weeks I had to stop by office and get referrals faxed to hospital. Not cool!
Can't thank them enough for taking such great care of my husband! When you hear cancer.....the world stops turning for a while. His surgery went well and Dr. Richter has been amazing! They have been there for the BOTH of us, not just the patient. The nurses and the MA's as well as the office staff have been amazing!
Great providers, competent and capable MA's and nurses!
Sitting in the waiting area 45+ minutes past our appt time. Unacceptable!
Everyone is so nice and the doctors we have seen are very friendly and the staff is great also.
