Have called 3 different numbers to be put on hold about a bill, and the call being dropped after 10 minutes each time.
I've spent the last 2 months trying to get my provider to change my inhaler to one that is covered by my insurance at my new employer, not only are the providers unreliable but they are down right lazy and lack the emotion to work in this field. After 5 different messages my doctor found me a inhaler that still isn't covered by my insurance, at what point is someone's ability to breathe a priority? When they pass out on the floor? Or do we wait until they go to the ER. The lack of urgency is genuinely concerning.
I have always been very satisfied with the providers here,won't hesitate to go again.
Took time off from work this morning to have required blood work done, arrive at the clinic for 8:00 am only to be told that they can't do the blood work because the provider has a meeting this morning and they can only do it at 9:30. My morning is shot to hell, losing 4 hours of work by the time I get to work. Funny my insurance that I pay for pays them on time and in full but my time isn't worth a hill of beans. Way to go Northern Light. Your logo " How are you" Not much respect for you that's how I am.
Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. They helped me with my issue without delay.
