I was just one minute past the allotted 10-minute grace period, being a new patient i knew nothing about this policy.I understand the importance of being on time, but I also expect some reasonable flexibility and communication from a medical practice. Tried calling twice, no answer,and online it says their office is closed. I will not be returning to a practice that offers no flexibility or understanding for its patients.
Too many drs leave. Never a steady pcp.
I see Linnea Howard for my primary care and she is on her game let me tell you and they communicate well with my cardiologist and pharmacy. The reception folks there are super courteous and kind and do their job and on their game as well. I'm really happy the wife found this place for me and the also work well with Maine General Medical which is a huge bonus for me.
You call them on a Tuesday to talk to them about a medical question and they are like we will have them call you back well here it it Friday still haven't heard from them. So I calked again on Friday and the lady said I will have someone call you back and still nothing what kind of place is this not happy
