Northern light has gone down hill in the past year...all are traveling nurses whom don't know you or take you seriously, feelings like want you gone and I'm a hindrance to their day. I MISS dr. Barret whom was genuine and acted concerned. I'm done with fake cring pushing patients thru for $$$. Jordan was great , a short timer but listened and didn't follow the rules of push um in and push um out...lol... not funny. I'd just like a regular dr who is genuine and cares, not feeling any warm fuzzy or even close in a year or so..... read more

Tried to set up a new patient appointment and was told to use the online system, which did not work and referred me back to the Clinton front desk. Call their registration desk and referred to registration desk at 487-4000. That registration desk sent me to the scheduling office for referrals, who advised they did not register new patients. They referred me back to Clinton, where they now said I needed an online account and may not get an appointment until February. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up. The level of care here is absolutely through the roof.very kind caring compassionate staff and the medical providers here are carrying and they actually listen. I couldn't be happier with going here as a primary care patient.
