Jessica at the front desk was very professional, helpful, and courteous.
As an autism Nana, we were promised regular check ins and understanding. We’ve received staff that knows nothing about autism, apraxia or special needs. We’ve been unable to get sick appointments and ended up in the ER. We’ve been talked down to and around. Today was my breaking point, so here I am looking for a new provider…again!
