I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews of this office. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Hannon and the office staff, and I recently moved and still drive over an hour for appointments. At my last appointment, a PSR at the front desk (I believe her name was Nicki?) went above and beyond in helping me find my new insurance information, even though I didn’t have the card or the number. Highly recommend this office!
Wait times are atrocious
You can't even get in when something is wrong they tell you to go to express care,what's the point of having a doctor when they can't get you in, insane.I will be getting a new doctor's office for sure.The staff is not helpful at all.They don't care about you at all your just a number and a paycheck to them...
Quality has gone down dramatically. Receptionist insanely rude, wait times are months, and you don’t get the feeling they really care about you at all.
This location has been abysmally difficult for my 80 year old mother. The staff are pleasant and friendly, so there's the plus side. Scheduling is often difficult and there are no handicap accommodations beyond parking. There are no wheelchairs available for patients to use. Today I brought my own for my mom after having to try to get her to hobble in with a walker on her last visit.
