Earlier today I had to go here in Windham for a few stitches in my head and a tetanus shot. The entire process from check in to check out went very smoothly. Today was a holiday and everyone was in a helpful cheerful mood. Nurse Laura was exceptional and delivered a perfect and painless pre-exam and tetanus shot. Doctor White was very thorough with explaining the process of putting stitches in and actually doing them was fast and easy, I hardly felt a thing. Took our son in for an ear infection. Mark Ouellette was wonderful, we were seen right away and he made sure our had the prescription needed. It was getting close to closing for the pharmacy and he took the time to make sure we were all set with the pharmacy. If we ever need to be seen at a prompt care we will be back for sure.
I like my doctor, but the prescription renewal system is atrocious. The pharmacy calls for a renewal, and Northern Light says they didn't get it. I try to renew through the patient portal, and four days later I'm told they're "still working on it." To get anything done, you have to call and talk to a person, and tell them you are out of medication.
I followed my doctor to this location. They seem to have more staff here.
