I don't understand Mercy, do you guys think people don't get sick or injured on weekends? Meanwhile weekday hours require me to miss work. Here's the thing, If I miss work I don't make money to pay inflated medical bills. So shoot yourself in the foot a little more why don't you. Mercy has become an incredibly useless medical facility. Build a giant brand spanking new hospital, half staffed, half closed, shut down on weekends. Just go away if you are not going to be helpful.
Went in for a knee x ray on Wednesday and my primary care physician hadn’t received the results as of Friday, she ordered the X-ray. I called on Monday to inquire about the results and was met with very rude person who advised me she knows nothing from the get go, she had no intention of helping me resolve this matter and acted like I was bothering her by calling and asking!!!
