I recently had my nose cauterized here and it has been one of the most painful experiences. The doctor and front desk personnel were very kind and lovely during the visit but no one informed me that I could experience this level of pain following the procedure. They also did not inform me that following the procedure I would experience a constant runny drippy nose. The doctor painted this procedure as being very simple and "even young kids have it done." They are amazing the dr is so educated and willing to help and listen to your every needs he definitely goes above and beyond!! 5 stars!!!
