I am so happy to have found Dr. Li. I've been battling unexplained allergic reaction that neither my eye doctor nor general practitioner could figure out abd neither really came up with anything to prevent flare-ups. I finally got a referral and made an appointment with Dr. Li's office. I did have to wait for quite awhile for an appointment, and then waited about 45 minutes in the waiting room after arriving for me appointment, but its a holiday week, so I'm sure they were more busy than usual. I would give this office full stars just for Dr Li alone, but the rest of the office ruins it for everyone. I’ve called almost 15 times just to schedule a follow up appointment. No call backs. No one ever answers the phone. It’s been two months now. And this is ignoring the fact that I called them 4 times to try to figure out some medication stuff that they just ignored. Dr Li is amazing!! With that being said... His staff is pathetic. It usually takes me calling multiple times a day for a week or longer to reach anyone, if I'm lucky. even when you leave a message they never call you back. My dad who sees him as well finally just got so sick of no one answering or calling him back that he always goes right into the office if he wants to talk to someone, which is very inconvenient but that's your best shot at talking to someone. Dr. Li is great and listen to my concerns, making sure I understand everything.
Dr Li was careless by giving me pneumonia vaccine while I was still having side effects from formerly using Lamotragin. I have been having a severe reaction for close to a week.
