The city recommended them for water testing and it worked out great. I grabbed the kit from their office, did the sample myself, and returned it. They processed everything within 24 hours and were really easy to work with. I would recommend them.
Professional staff quick service.
They shipped my water testing kit right away. There was a $20 shipping charge from Waukesha to Milwaukee, which I thought was high. I delivered my water sample back to them myself. It is a bit difficult to get to with construction. The people in the office were not particularly friendly. They do follow up with emails every step along the way. I won’t get my results for 10-15 days.
