The check in process went well. I waited for the service. It was finished before the quoted time. It's a fixed price service. The explanation of what was completed in the service on the vehicle. This was done in a professional manner.

Is KIA even aware of the abysmal service their dealers are providing? Either KIA officers are incompetent or hand in glove. This service center gave a a date almost a month from the day I called in. They had all details of problems in my car, model etc. and when I go at appointed time after a month, they charge me 200$ for “Diagnostics “ only to tell me that all the parts that are required are on back order. This means that they have no idea when the part will be available it can be 2 months, 3 months or much more than that.... read more
