Save yourself the time and frustration and go to ortho Cincy. These guys are a joke. I had an mri done. I needed it sent to the uk neurology center. They give all of there records to share health who absolutely sucks at there job. I have been trying to get my mri sent over to the neurology center for weeks. I’m finding out sharehealth is located in the Philippians. This place is a living nightmare. Dr was only interested in running their treatment playbook on me. Wouldn’t wave charges for physical therapy treatment that I didn’t receive what was discussed with the Dr. Can’t actually talk to the Dr office if you need a question answered, calls go to essentially a service center. If you need surgery plan on waiting months to even get to see a surgeon.
First off I am 6 feet, 299 pounds, with 17%body fat . Anyway I went here to get an MRI on my shoulder and I have a severe case of claustrophobia which makes getting an MRI extremely difficult and causes a lot of anxiety . The last MRI I had, I had to be pulled out of the machine five or six times. Do not see Adam Miller. He has no care, respect, or thoughtfulness. Rude and unsettling. Walked out crying and also waited 90 minutes to see him after getting to my appointment 15 minutes early. Truly an awful experience.
