This place is downright disrespectful. You call them and they tell you They only have one hand doctor here, which is pretty odd to have such a big facility with just one hand doctor with urgent care written on the side of it. And mind you I’ve never been to a hand doctor for my issue. This issue just happened. I let them know what’s going on and they have the nerve to tell me well. The doctor’s gonna choose if they want to take you as a patient they’re really particular if not, you’ll have to find somewhere else like what ?!... read more

My husband Rick went there in 2025 for knee and hip injections. He was waiting for his insurance to approve the injections. The office called and stated his insurance had approved everything and scheduled him (knowing insurance didn't approve). He got the 3 injections in his knee and one in his hip. Then a couple months later received a bill for over $1400 saying the insurance didn't cover it and they knew this. Now he is still in a huge amount of pain and paying out of pocket. MRI of my shoulder would have been fine- except for the unbearable excruciating screeching. I was provided with a flimsy set of earmuffs, but a good set of silicone earplugs should have also been provided without a first-time patient having to request that courtesy. (It sounded like the noise was amplified and coming through my earmuffs.) My ears were ringing for days.
