I can’t say enough good things about this place. The quality of training here is incredible , from karate and self-defense to sparring and conditioning and our (combat fitness classes 😒😂😍 which we all love the most), every class is well thought out and purposefully designed. The schedule is never boring; it’s actually exciting and makes you want to come to as many classes as possible. Lesson number one for self defense is to stay away from this place. My 8 year old went for a trail class. The instructor popped her elbow while demonstrating a technique on her. Her elbow is still hurting and clicking a month later. I hope the instructor feels proud that she could hurt a kid in a vulberable position.
My son has been at NKS for almost 3 years now, and loves it. Great facility, sensei’s, and great way to learn discipline and skills
