They say that they work via appointments. However, they say that all slots are booked when we arrive there. I had an appointment at 09:50 AM on 22nd of January, but when I reached there 10 mins later as there was no place to park for 500 mts, I was told that all bookings are done. How did they get additional bookings in that 10 minute period? They are the most unprofessional team. I would advise against going there if you have an options.
I strongly regret using Northern Jeep Services. I first attended about a year ago for an airbag warning light, which required a replacement. Within weeks of collecting the car, another fault occurred due to a faulty fuse, requiring me to return and pay again. Despite that experience, I returned a year later for a full service, mainly because I own a Jeep. After collecting the car, I immediately noticed an abnormal noise. oe think is the manager I reckon Spoke to Jamie over the phone for getting our service book stamped we drove an hour to get it stamped and then the guy Moe what ever his name is Decided to not because it wasn’t serviced by them Either way we called Jeep customer care and they said any Jeep should stamp it for you no matter what but this guy who was making it hard for us wasn’t being nice at all or talking normally He brang the stamp with him but did nothing Don’t waste your time with these people they don’t even ask or doubl... read more
Great teamwork, had issues with my car Michael the manager went above and beyond to rectify the problem efficiently and effectively. Good to see excellent management and customer service still exists. Well done Jeep.
I brought my Jeep in for a scheduled service on the 7th of July, dropping it off at 9:00 AM with a pickup time confirmed for 5:00 PM. I arrived slightly early at 4:55 PM, only to be left waiting until 5:35 PM and that was after asking for my vehicle twice. If they were running behind schedule, a courtesy call should have been the bare minimum.
