I brought my Jeep in for a scheduled service today, dropping it off at 9:00 AM with a pickup time confirmed for 5:00 PM. I arrived slightly early at 4:55 PM, only to be left waiting until 5:35 PM and that was after asking for my vehicle twice. If they were running behind schedule, a courtesy call should have been the bare minimum. I also agreed to an additional alignment check (at an extra cost) because my tires had been spinning out and I was occasionally losing control.
