So where to begin on this. First off after my wife & I had our child last April it took Northern Indiana Anesthesia over 7 months before they even sent a bill. Then I had to let them know that the billed amount they sent wasn't right because they didn't subtract the insurance payment from the bill they sent me. Then now today after making monthly payments on the account since getting the bill I get a letter in the mail that they sent my account into collections without any warning of any kind.
