They were friendly and helpful when installing our water softener and did it for a good price. However when I called to say we have not had hot water since the install. They did walk me through making sure all the levers were facing correctly. But when they were they claimed it wasn't their fault and had nothing to do with the install. Not exactly helpful.
Bill came out to our rental property to replace a toilet. Worked quickly and the installation was great. The bathroom was cleaner after he left than it was when he showed up. We'll be using his services again. Thanks Bill.
