I’ve been going here for years and can honestly say Dr Susan Fowell is the best! She also trains knowledgeable staff. She is a gem of Rockford

Dealing with eye issues can be a frightening experience. Dr. Fowell is the very best of the best and she’s assembled a staff that consistently delivers the highest and most compassionate care. From the scheduling and communications staff to those who handle check-ins, initial testing, imaging and preparation for procedures the staff echoes and exhibits Dr. Fowell’s excellence and competence. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Susan Fowell and her staff.
Very happy with my experience here. The doctor and all of the assistants have been very friendly and helpful. They have all been willing to take the time to patiently explain everything throughly. Great customer service in a very nice facility.
If ya can't see and need poked in the eye she's the doctor to "see"!
