I have the highest regard for the treatment I have received at Northern Illinois Retina. The whole team is meticulous in carrying out the needed procedures. I have told my friends about the elegant care they deliver.
Would give negative stars if I could. The new eye doctor sent a referral and set my husband's appointment without telling him a date or time. My husband went to the actual appointment that he scheduled and knew about, and he was treated terribly at N I Retina. The entire staff was rude and disrespectful. The doctor seemed nice, but that was it. He was informed he would be paying $150 fee for missing an appointment he knew nothing about prior. Terrible experience and staff. Will NEVER return.
