They are professional, take the time to meet with you and ask about your cat and do a very thorough job. I wish we had brought our cats here from the start! We will be returning with the rest of our cats!
Very through and know their stuff! I wish I would’ve gone to them first!

DURING COVID 19 THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT..... I really wanted to like this place, the girls seem so nice on the phone. But I have been trying for two weeks to reach a manager and try to get deposit money back. I couldn't make it due to losing a job, and my cat being immune suppressed. I was never told it was non-refundable....and who wouldn't refund deposit money at a time like this! No where I would want to go!!!
I had written a review previously, but somehow it got deleted (I think I inadvertently deleted it myself). NICC is great. We have 4 cats and all of them have seen Drs. Miller & Schmidt since we've had them. From simple exams to complex care, they are knowledgeable and caring. Care here isn't cheap, but they always discuss options. The rest of the staff is kind and friendly, helps me with paperwork for my insurance, and willing to answer my million questions.

Let's start by saying my cats are not easy. They are 9 years old and pretty feral. I would not take them anywhere else except to the Northern Illinois Cat Clinic. In the last few weeks i feel I finally have a support system to help me socialize the boys and I can already see improvement. Thank you Dr. Miller and Dr. Behm for the fantastic work you have done.

We just picked up our baby from a long board. She was sleek, talkative, bright eyed and gained 5 ounces! What a pleasure it is to know that your "child in a fur coat" is so well cared for and spoiled. We didn't worry about her a bit while she was boarded and never will.
