Worst billing department I've ever dealt with in any medical office. They are incapable of processing very basic claims. They will not take responsibility for their completely avoidable mistakes and are acting like they're doing me a favor by offering payment plans. I provided my insurance in advance of any appointments, they in turn sent directions on how to process telehealth claims. However, I'm being told I owe them over $700 for a few appointments. My daughter’s therapist never calls back to reschedule appointments with me. I will be taking my daughter elsewhere.
Been going here three years now and seeing the same person weekly as well as the same Dr. Every 6 weeks. I've had a great experience with their services. The front desk is also very helpful. I love the calls the do the day before appointments to remind you.
A therapist named Christine helped me enormously. I can’t thank her enough.
