I recently worked with Kevin Winters on the other side of a transaction, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. His professionalism and communication kept the deal moving smoothly, and his clients were clearly well served. As a fellow agent, I don’t hand out praise lightly — Kevin earned it. Looking forward to our next deal together.

Nolan took care of me with my recent purchase, and I don’t think anyone else could’ve brought it together the way he did for me. He’s so knowledgeable and understood my needs and wants completely. He’s so well connected in the Barrie area that he can give extra knowledge of areas and homes that other realtors may not be able to. I’d give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could.
Kevin was clear with the plan for selling and executed the plan to perfection. We sold in a difficult market, so his expertise was important.
Kevin is the most detail oriented real estate agent I've ever worked with. He knows the local market incredibly well, and had our niche market house sold when others sat for months. I'll definitely use Kevin again when the time comes!
