After searching North Bay for hot tubs I came across Northern Hot Tubs. Everything went great from that point on. Marcus was great to deal with. The staff at the store were professional and helpful. The insulation package and resulting savings on heating is important to me. Would highly recommend them!
Purchased my first hottub and Dave was great to deal with regarding finding the perfect tub for what I need. I had a virtual call with Marcus who was very knowledgeable. Teaching me all about the tub and how to use it properly. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend these guys for any of your hot tub needs.
Ordered online through Canada Hot Tub Parts. Fast shipping and better priced than Amazon. I had a minor issue with one of the items I received and it was dealt with immediately.
I have spent months chasing down a replacement hot tub cover for my Dynasty hot tub ( has raised speakers ). The amount of chasing and info gathering was crazy. The cost was becoming insane.
