Great quality at good price. Cover arrived quickly about half the time of other quotes I received. Very quick response to orders and questions.
We were absolutely pleased with the efficiency in which our order was handled. Our cover which is the top Ultimate II Extreme Rounded Square or Rectangle & UltraLift Hydraulic Cover Lifter are excellent. We are happy we chose a cover with more insulation because our tub is outside in open area in Southern Ontario. The UltraLift is perfect. We've had no issues, ordered toward end of June and shipped to our door in July.

Was shopping for a new hot tub cover and came across Northern Hot Tub Covers, they were fairly priced and cheaper then a lot of other suppliers so I decided to try them out. Got a new cover and roller system as my old lifters were worn out. Definitely not disappointed, this cover fits perfect. Custom made with various colors and finish. We opted for the blue fabric, and it compliments the rest of the back yard. 10/10 would recommend.
