This was the second time I have used Northern Seal for attic and rim joist insulation. At each house, I had ice dam situations which is caused by poor insulation along the outer edges where the roofline meets the wall. 2 feet of closed cell spray foam along entire attic perimeter solves it along with blown in insulation on top of that.
