I’ve had them out a couple times and wouldn’t use anyone else. The first time, a different contractor installed my hvac system in a new build and I was having humidity issues in my upstairs (50+%). The other company came out twice and said nothing was wrong without looking or checking anything. Northern came out and did a full diagnostic and was able to fix the problem. Honest and reliable
A huge shout out and thank you to Ryan, from Northern Heating and Cooling. He braved a snowstorm and treacherous driving conditions, after midnight last night, to restore our furnace amid a rapidly falling indoor temperature.
Connor was here last week due to a condensation blockage caused by pipe freezing at exit from condo building (causing furnace to shut off)…. He worked his butt off the entire time he was here. Covered in snow each time he came in. He Assurred me I would have heat before he left. And I did…for a few days. This was the 3rd company represented here, but the others didn’t remedy the problem of blockage. Thank you Connor and Northern and my HOA manager
We had an A/C installed last August. They were awesome to work with. Not being the biggest A/C fans, we think we will enjoy it. They found a problem on the A/C. Steve found the issue and everything was taken care of promptly. Great company.
