Matt did a great job. He was on time, efficient and addressed all the issues.
Absolutely love Northern Heating & Cooling. They installed our A/C a few years ago and mentioned the annual maintenance plan. The benefits are huge, especially compared to the minimal cost. Ryan was out today performing our annual maintenance and he was not only kind and professional but went above and beyond the requirements of the annual plan. Ryan was a fine example of why I'll only call Northern for now on.
The company was very responsive. They came quickly, and when I needed a new unit they installed it on time. They gave me a very nice tutorial on the new thermostat. Special thanks to Connor who was very professional and patient.
