Northern Heating and Air has serviced my heating system since I bought my house in 2022. Prior to that, the original owner has used them since 2013. Today when I called for service, I was advised that because I did not have a service contract, they could not service it. They claimed I was sent a letter (which I did not receive) requiring me to sign a service contract and that they would not service my system, even though I would be willing to sign a service contract.
