Smitha John NP is hands down the best doctor sorry nurse practitioner that I have ever had in my entire life!!! I actually want to move not because I don’t Love Putnam County. It’s just becoming very expensive but I chose to get a second job so I can afford to live here Just so I don’t have to give her up as my primary care doctor! If negative stars were available this group would get them all. I was a patient here and my doc had an emergency and is on leave. They called to cancel my appointment and when no one called to reschedule I called and asked what is happening? Doc out till at least October. So I asked for a different Endo doc and they have none and don't refer. Way to take care of your patients. I was really shocked that they had no care or concern for patients. I have to agree with previous reviewers - the medical staff are lovely and caring, but please, please do something about the front desk. They are so rude in Carmel. I’ve been to the Fishkill office, and the admin staff are wonderful there. So, I would recommend the doctors and medical personnel, but just avoid the Carmel office.
Horrible place to go to. The receptionist do they’re best to help but you can tell the owners there are not helpful at all and horrible! Do not go here if your willing to deal with people who do not care about their employees!!!! Be kind seriously. And do not work here!!!! Warning!!!
