Not having directly used them our factory had installation completed by these guys through the builder, an issue came up, and these guys attended fast to resolve the issue. All jobs have their risk of having problems, it's how a company resolves the issue that is important, these guys responded quickly and the problem appears to be fixed. This gives my the confidence to use them again in the future.

Lucy is the rudest person you could ever speak to. Spoke to her on the phone and she was very blunt, giving one word answers, I asked a question and was met with a very rude “none of your business”
