I can’t express the appreciation we have for Northern Glass! I went to check on some repairs needed for my mom’s windows she purchased almost 20 years ago. Kelly Ohearn was who I met that day. She assured me that if the warranty on the windows was still in place she could assist my mom in recovering cost for repairs. I recently ordered a piece of glass for my desk top. I have greatly appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, and integrity that I have experienced. I worked with "Kelly" who was so kind, thoughtful, very knowledgeable ,dedicated, and always concerned that the product was correct. She was so understanding when I discovered that I had made an error in the design, and assured me that it could be corrected; a tremendous relief for my anxious heart. Terrible Service – Terrible service. I would not recommend. I felt as if I was bothering them and I was doing them a favor.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! – I would not recommend this company at all. They told be 2 weeks for my order, it took over a month! Then when I was told that they could squeeze me in because they forgot to schedule me then did not show up. When speaking with the manager I asked for a discount for the waste of my time and inconvenience to me. He refused and just continued to give me excuses why thing were not done. As a customer I felt as thought though I was an inconvenience to them and will never use them again
