I wish I had some good news about my colonoscopy appointment with Dr. Charlotte Knox. It was very stressful, having to wait in the ‘waiting room’ for over 2 hours only to be told by the nurse when she took me into the second prep waiting room ‘It’ll be a while’. ‘How long I said?’ ‘About another hour’. After all that pre-prep ‘cleansing’ and not being able to eat, by 5:00-5:30pm, I was a bit of a mess. Had to walk out and miss the procedure unfortunately. So, best to try another gastro group is my recommendation!
I had an endoscopy at North Shore Private Hospital recently and was very pleased with the entire process and the medical care I received. However, I was disappointed with my experience over the phone with one of the receptionists at Northern Gastroenterology.
I was referred to see Dr Charlotte Knox a few weeks ago and she was just wonderful. Excellent care and speedy attention. Very happy with my procedure. Highly recommend.
