I’ve been buying new vehicles from Northern Ford since 1984. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are grateful for our business and are always very helpful.
Excellent staff, family owned, and nice variety in the inventory. Northern always takes good care of us. Josh was super helpful when our teenager went through his first car buying experience also.
Absolutely the best ford ever!! Had an issue about 30 miles out from their office and called with little time left in the work day and they were able to help me out! Huge shoutout to Grant in service for bailing me out!! Give him a raise and a day (maybe even a week) in his honor!
I am not one to write bad reviews at all. But this is the second time this service department has jerked us around on our vehicle. We waited weeks for a part to arrive. A part that another place could have gotten overnight. When we called them about the part and when our vehicle could be fixed we were given the excuse of “our scheduler is not in and is dealing with personal issues”.
