We have had great service from Northern Fitness Solutions over the years. This year Jake was our service tech and he was an excellent communicator, he was early (which he checked to be sure that was OK), he fixed everything that was broken and taught me how to service the treadmill. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service and highly qualified technicians!! Brian is amazing to work with - very knowledgeable, responsive and a joy to work with as he understands the ins and outs of fitness equipment. Brian went above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. Jake was our technician and did an awesome job! He is very experienced, respectful and thorough. Our elliptical gets daily use and is our lifeline given both my husband and I are cancer survivors. We are grateful for the wonderful support from Brian and Jake!
