I've never had service from this company but while getting gas at Beacon & Bridge in M115 near Cadillac on May 28, 2019 at 3pm one of your trucks pulled up next to me to fuel as well. He started gassing his truck then stepped back about 10 feet and LIT A CIGARETTE!!! From what I gather, your company is about fire protection yet your employee decided to put many lives at risk by openly smoking a cigarette near the gas pumps! This disturbed me greatly!!
