I had an absolutely wonderful experience seeing Dr Ross MacIntyre.today. He was so personalable and calm, easy to understand. He made me feel so reassured. I can’t recommend him enough. Kat the Orthoptist was outstanding as well and very capable. Also can I mention the wonderful helpful receptionists who go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can. I have been coming here for year and the service is incredible. All the doctors and staff are amazing and I would recommend this clinic to anyone with eye issues
I’m truly surprised by the low average rating? I’ve been coming here for a while now and it’s nothing but a five stars from me. Dr. Goh is kind and patient, and treats you from a “big picture” type perspective. But everyone from every single reception/intake staff, to the techs who do the check up and scans, have been wonderful. I’ve been squeezed in during urgent situations, accommodated with work arounds when needed, and provided with care every step of the way.

Nobody feels good about going to any medical appointment, but when you present yourself at the Northern Eye Consultants the ladies on the desk are so lovely and welcoming. It feels like they know you personally and that they really care about you. Today these remarkable ladies were Marie, Lorraine and Liz, you all make it fun to visit. Thank you 🥸🤓
