Look at the picture. A 12 x 9 inch hole of missing soffet. Expanding foam bead around the windows, window trim absent Drain spouts laying in the flower garden. I have yet to find the gutter. Could not finish a tearoff because the shingles were frozen to the roof deck. A pint jar nearly full of screws, staples, and nails. Regret for me.
