I called this guy to get a roofing inspection done for my buyers and he yelled at me, told me he was retiring, asked me if I was on my period when I told him what a joke he is to treat people so rudely, and hung up on me. I mean, WOW. How horrible of a person he must be.
i had a new roof installed on house and garage, also new vinyl siding and trim on both. very happy with john and marks work. the owner Rick gave me a great price and was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
I purchased a houseful of windows from this company. I have been trying to get them to come out and do repairs for the last 3 years (under warranty) to no avail. Doug was rude and arrogant; yelled at me and hung up. Would not recommend this company for anything. I will be reporting this company to Simonton (manufacturer of the windows) and the Better Business Bureau. I would rate them ——0!
Called them for a roofing quote Oct 2020 - set up time and they never showed up - won't give them the time of day..... very unprofessional.
