You can expect ZERO customer service from Jakob. Lies about calling back and ignores any concerns you have. Better customer service from McDonald's. The only reason for 2 stars is that the guys that did the install were great. Shocking how BAD the service is when you spend 8k. If I did it over, I definitely would work w a different company. I've come to expect nothing but lies and the run around from this place.
I've used Northern Equipment two times now. From start to finish great service. They went above and beyond my expectations to make everything turn out great. Great people from the phone call all the way to the end product.
A very great family owned business! The have extraordinary skills and knowledge in the fuel distribution service.
If I could do ZERO stars, I would! VERY UNHAPPY with how this company operates! Had absolutely no communication with the installer named Jakob! Seemed rather uninterested in what my timeline and needs were! Told me I’d get a call in a day or two… received NOTHING! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERY PROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION EMPLOYEES/INSTALLERS WERE TOP NOTCH!
