Extremely disappointed in Northern Energy. Haven't received a delivery in 2 months, and our tank is nearly empty! We are VERY cold because we are trying to conserve gas by not running our furnace! They continue to make excuses but are not finding solutions. We are currently looking for alternatives.
Still waiting to get tank filled. Called at 40% two and half weeks ago called at 30% a week ago called at 20% three days ago then called again at end of week with 15% left. Will switch service as soon as I can.
