Phone system is difficult to navigate and it is impossible to talk to someone local to help with any issues that may arise. Super frustrating!
No more walk in service = no more business from me for my 2 places. I guess ill find another company to fill my propane. I needed to buy 2 more 100 lb tanks. I guess they dont do that either. If you can't walk in you dont habe my businesses and the reviews seem aweful
There was an issue with the first technician who wasn't given the correct information for an installation of a new line from existing tank to my RV.
Oddly fraudulent business practices. I attempted to lease a tank from them. They required a $260 site survey be performed first. The site survey indicated I needed to have a plumber make some changes to the gas piping routing to another location. That was fine, but after scheduling a plumber and paying $2500 to have a plumber replace the gas piping, I called Amerigas back to schedule the tank delivery. Service was terrible and overpriced. Cancelled appointments without notification, multiple times didn't show up when they said they would, not one time did I have a service appointment when it was set. Cost was far more than the competitor so I left for the lower cost and better service.
