Did a great job installing my new garage door a few years ago. Quality of product and workmanship was awesome, and price was competitive and reasonable. When I recently backed out with back hatch open on my car and crashed car and garage door, they got out within 2 hrs of my call to get it repaired. I was truly grateful because door wouldn’t close and it was -20 below with windchill. Great team, great products, and great service!!!
Very happy with their service. My garage door spring broke and I had no idea where to look. So, I posted on the Next Door app asking for suggestions. A couple of people suggested Nothern Door Company. I'm very happy I took their recommendations and called Nothern Door. The tech guy, Lance, came in the next day. Very friendly. He replaced the spring and tightened up the door hinges (the door is old and is falling apart) for a reasonable price. It was done in 30 minutes. Excellent initial responsiveness, quick scheduling, and very friendly and on-site personal-feeling service. Excellent maintenance work overall of our 3-car garage doors and a garage door opener. Would without hesitation call them again for any issues or definitely for annual maintenance.

We used Northern Door for the first time this year. We had a different company out 3 times in the past year, but still kept having troubles with our garage door. Lance from Northern Door came out, was very professional and courteous, and finally took care of our issues. He showed us many wires he replaced, they had all been spliced and taped together several times. He replaced many rusty rollers along with the opener inside the garage.
