Have used them for everything garage door related the past 6 years, and will only use them. Alex replaced our motor today and did a fantastic job, never had a bad technician. Always quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone who has ever taken my call and scheduled service is the exact same.
Employee is rude, arrogant, and disregard for anyone but himself. NOT the kind of person I want having access to my home. Their reckless road raging driver has eliminated any chance of us using them to replace three doors. Speeding, tailgating and dangerous lane changes. I was nearly rear ended for a lane change he could have made WAY behind me. I guess he was teaching me a lesson for going only 8 mph OVER the speed limit. I will also make sure my friends and family know as well to pass it on to others.
Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior.
I had the best experience with these guys! It was super easy and no pressure to make a decision. Installation took no time at all and I didn't have to do a single thing. Highly recommend Northern Door.
