Dr Karen was very friendly and knowledgeable, she is gentle and has a keen eye spotting all the areas I could improve my dental health.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The staff was incredibly gentle and patient. Dr Karen was fantastic, very thorough with the examination and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The office is clean and comfortable. Five stars all around!
My husband recently had a tooth extraction with Dr Karen Lai, and the experience was excellent. Dr Lai was professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She explained everything clearly and made him feel comfortable and at ease.
