I cannot say enough good things about the amazing team at Northern Dental, especially Dr. Patel and her assistant, Mary. More than halfway through my appointment, when we were almost finished, I suddenly started feeling very claustrophobic and anxious. Dr. Patel and Mary immediately noticed something was wrong and asked if I needed a break. They sat me up, got me some water, and did everything they could to help me feel comfortable. I have anxiety when going to the dentist, but after meeting the staff and having some work done that anxiety is gone after going to such a great dental office! The staff especially Mary made me feel at ease and very patient with me and my fears. I had such an overall great experience. I would highly recommend Northern Dental!
Wow. I am so impressed! First, the people at the front desk who take care of things are not only super friendly, but also excellent in their ability to give critical info, work things out for you, etc. Can't say enough. Then I saw the dental hygienist who was awesome, informative, and who did an amazing job. And then I met with the dentist who was very nice and friendly. Terrible and messed up my implants, they also try to use up all your insurance under plan G, will gas light you as well.
