I’ve been here for 2 years and loved it and had no complaints up until this year. The towing has gotten ridiculous, 24/7 towing feels really overkill especially for a gated community. If I’m not mistaken it used to be towing after a certain time at night and I really hope you guys consider going back to this. If you have a visitor, you’re only allowed to extend the their parking permit after the previous one expires and can only do it a limited amount of times. I have lived in apartment complexes for over 25 years and can say Northern Cross is the best complex I've lived in.The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is the most efficient I've seen. Both the leasing team and maintenance are first rate in customer service. The neighborhood is peaceful and the grounds are always kept clean. I highly recommend Northern Cross apartments.

Leslie was absolutely so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been there twice. I would love to lease however do not have what I am looking for unfortunately. They have 2 pools, fitness center, and dog park. BIRDVILLE ISD. You can tell Leslie enjoys what she does. The other lady in the office was friendly as well. Keep up the great work!
