I had a wonderful experience touring this community! The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. My experience with the leasing agent Angel was perfect. I left out knowing everything I need to know about the wonderful apartment if you want good customer service this is the place to come and I also think this is the place to come and make it your home beautiful atmosphere thank you angel for your time. Great property with an even more amazing staff. The Manager, and the entire staff, go above and beyond! Definitely would recommend if looking for an apartment in the area.
The girls in the office are so much fun and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They explained everything to me and answered my questions without making me feel like I was being rushed or a burden. Even the managers came to talk to me and see if there was any questions I had that they could answer for me.
Alexandra in the office is AMAZING! Her communication, knowledge and customer service has gone ABOVE and beyond. I was not the easiest applicant, she answered every call and question with no hesitation or annoyance over the course of a week. I am now happy to move forward as a resident and I have no doubts that Alex will be there every step of the way, I am very happy to have her. Additionally, Leslie in the office is equally as great.
