Dr. Epstein is extremely thorough and is willing to spend time explaining things. His office staff is lovely. I first started going to him because he was recommended by a retina specialist.
I was a patient long before this practice was bought out by the current doctor. The wait time is atrocious, always a long wait, sometimes 40,45, or close to an hour late beyond appointment schedules. Secondly, I dont have insurance & pay out of pocket...the one thing I expect is to be able to see a DOCTOR for my entire exam however, a "tech" does the exam in full, even writes the prescription; I see the doctor for 5 mins if we are lucky at the end.
