Unknown to me Northern Comfortable had been bought by Bassett Services an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company. Communications were not good. My tech person Tom Darnell was out of INDY worked his magic and all was good eventually. For whatever reason, parts took more time to get and scheduling needs some work. Thought Bassett was higher in price, but bottom line the work was correctly diagnosed and fixed!
Was very professional and took care of the problem asap
Prompt service and problem was fixed quickly.
