Absolutely outstanding service. We lost heat in the middle of the night, not only did they come an hour after we called, but they diagnosed the problem, called a supplier, got the part and fixed everything before 1 pm! They saved my christmas, kept my infant warm and heated my house again in less than 3 hours! Thank you Northern Comfort

I had a mini split (with heat and AC) installed by Northern Comfort in my garage that was as hot as a sauna. I contacted them on a HOT Friday and they installed it on Wednesday!! Very good price and done quickly! The owner (Eric) was there along with Peter and Mike! All of them were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend them! Great product (Daikin)?? Nice people!
Their work van cut off the car in front of me instead of yielding so bad that they almost crashed. Instead of waiting to safely get on the highway the proceeded to try and get on the highway and almost hit my car. Traffic then came to a stop and the passenger opens their window as they scream, and yell as the driver does as well. I wouldn’t want them working in my house as they can’t even safely traverse the roads we all drive on.. P. S. They did this in the rain extra safe right?
WOW! In times where good service is no where to be found this company is simple amazing! When your a/c breaks down during a heat wave and you randomly start coming companies and Northern Comfort certainly has ALL its “ i’s” dotted. From their friendly and professional office team to their quick, prompt service squad , thank you for coming to our rescue and exceeding our expectation.
