Discriminatory and intentionally convoluted practices on airbnb. They advertise a cottage at sleeping 16 but when you book they make up rules requiring you to be 35 (32 isn't good enough) and that 4 of the people HAVE to be children. Using lame, vague made up excuses such as liability and insurance. They try to get you to cancel on airbnb so they can keep half of your booking fee. Horrific communication from this lame excuse for a company. Unnecessarily rude - I texted their number and received a response back from a different number. I asked who was texting and the person would not answer who they were, but continued to send rude texts. It's beyond me how companies like this stay in business. They have one job - communicate with clients.
This rental company has some of the worst communication and customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. The company was punitive and dismissed my group from renting one of their cottages just because it was a group of mostly men ranging in ages from 30s - 50s (it was a guys family weekend trip, fathers/sons/cousins ).
