I cannot say enough good things about Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital. My husband was admitted last month, recovering from a severe brain aneurysm, and the care he received was truly exceptional. The entire team—nurses, nurse assistants, doctors, and therapists (physical, speech, occupational, and respiratory)—went above and beyond to make him medically stable enough to transition to an acute inpatient rehab facility in Cheyenne. My husband was referred to them after he suffered a stroke, not one due to a blood clot, but due to extreme blood pressure for years. He had extensive bleeding of the brain in an area they would not touch. After a month in ICU they moved him here to wein him off of the ventilator and trach. The first day was proof enough it was a good move. The second day he was sitting up.He had so many different people caring for him. Care is great. Food not so much
This is a wonderful place!!! My husband had to be there from May 6th to July 13th. The care he received saved his life and let him return home. Everyone there from the doctors to the cleaning crew were just great. If you find yourself or a loved one in need of this service this is the place. Connie Fadenrecht
This employee named April was AWFUL and so rude to me over the phone. She definitely needs to be terminated. Extremely unprofessional.
