First time for a root canal. Dr Kimble and his assistant Helene, were both very kind and friendly. Appreciated their understanding of my anxiety. Dr was quite gentle I thought. Procedure itself was not as bad as I had anticipated—if only rubber dams had a better smell!! 36 hours later I am pain free. The office and staff are pleasant. I was provided informative literature post-procedure. Should I need another type of endodontic service, I will seek out Dr Kimble again. I want to start off by saying my Doctor was amazing. He did a great job and was quick! The reason for giving it a 1 star is because of the other staff. The lady at the front desk barely looked up from her computer when I walked it. The assistant that helped with my procedure was extremely rude. I had to bring my 2 week old due to him exclusively breastfeeding and she made many rude comments about how can’t cry for the next 45 minutes to an hour. As soon as I walked in to the office, Melinda and Alex kindly answered all my questions, and helped with my insurance. Dr. Lantz did an excellent job, along with his assistant (on my first root canal!). They first explained clearly what they were going to do, and then after they had finished, they explained what they did, and what to watch for when I left.
