As soon as I walked in to the office, Melinda and Alex kindly answered all my questions, and helped with my insurance. Dr. Lantz did an excellent job, along with his assistant (on my first root canal!). They first explained clearly what they were going to do, and then after they had finished, they explained what they did, and what to watch for when I left.
